Avoid goals like ‘GIVING UP your favorite snacks’. If you think you need to cut down on your favourite chocolate brownies or everyday coffee, do it gradually. It’s easy to get frustrated and give up if your goals are too ambitious.
2. Plan ahead and track your progress

Keeping a fitness journal will help you to keep your exercise routine on track and check the progress since you’ve started. Keep track of each small success. 3. Find an activity you enjoy
